Of course it is! Simply send us an email to email@example.com with any special requirements that you may have. We do have a Custom Plan Fee ($50/wk) and all custom orders are delivered on Monday/Thursday PM (unless otherwise arranged).
Our meals will remain fresh for up to 5 days. We recommend keeping them well chilled and heating properly before consuming. If you are wanting to freeze some meals, simply let us know in the comments section and we will provide you with freezer friendly meals. We do have an optional 'split delivery' that you may select if you would like your meals delivered in two deliveries for optimal freshness. (Highly recommended when ordering more than 5 days of food).
We will do everything possible to deliver your package to you. If a circumstance arises where your package cannot be delivered to you from our end (ie weather, traffic, mechanical issue etc.) we will either make an arrangement for another delivery (no charge of course) or a pick up within 48 hours. If this cannot be arranged we will credit your account. Sorry no refunds will be issued.
