Light and fluffy 3 egg omelette hugging a wonderful stuffing (shown in pic - sauteed peppers, spinach, honey smoked ham and herb whipped chèvre goat cheese). Great hot or cold!

Not Your Mothers Shepherd's Pie
Another twist on a classic comfort. Our pie will fill the gap without making you feel like taking a nap! Filled with fresh vegetables, lean ground turkey & herbs and topped with yams (or white sweet potato). Paleo, vegetarian and gluten sensitive options also available.

Our signature Turkey Chili is what started our whole journey when we had a small table at a Fall Fair, where all we wanted to do was share this healthy tummy warming twist on a regular chili. Paleo and vegetarian options available.
Our salad rolls are made with juicy chicken (or shrimp), rice noodles, lettuce and hand wrapped with fresh herbs. Served with a side of our own peanut sauce for dipping!
Breakfast is our favorite meal at any time of the day and this breakfast doesn't disappoint. House made potato hash with peppers & onions and our own special blend of seasonings, topped with a fluffy omelette and cheese. It's sure to please! (Paleo version available)
